hi
i received strange Invoice letter from NHS whit info i need to pay 420 for my wheelchair which i received in Jan 2014
no explanation, no any contact or letter from themm
just plain invoice to pay immediately
any idea wwha this is?

Hi Max,
I would try to contact the dept, that sent it, if no contact details ignore it ,as far as I know there is no money required to pay for your chair, try MNDA they have a specialised dept dealing with chairs.

Did you have anything extra, like what Pete wants, a rising chair? Tilting seems to be free and the standard.

Hi Max,
If they simply supplied a wheelchair needed by you then it seems a none sense to send you a bill 5 months later. I would ring mnda connect and see if they have any idea why this should be. Even if you had adaptations there seems no reason you should have a bill unless someone said at the time you would have to pay.
I would not ignore it as these people are inclined to just chase it through court if need be adding more costs. Talk to mnda then whoever sent you the bill.
