Strange feeling in neck

I have a strange feeling in my neck which also almost feels like I have got spiders running up and down - this is a different feeling to the fasiculations in my main muscles which of course twitch sometimes

Could this be my trapezius muscle going the same way as my bicep and tricep?

I still go to my gym but, it seems to have affected my left trapezius to the point it pulls in my throat and makes me feel like i'm choking. I also get occasional big noticeable twitches on the left side of mt throat on the main muscles. I was worried that my bulbar was being affected but had it confirmed that my trapezius is strained. Dunno bout the 'spider' feeling though?
