    Please listen

Hi everyone, A bit of a selfish message here but i have just completed an album with my mates, we are called last of a dying breed and we have been working for the last 9 months on the album and it has definately helped me focus on things and helped me conquer thoughts about MND, i suppose what i am also messaging here is if you keep setting yourself goals and targets it helps you stay positive, i know it has me. if you fancy a listen please follow us on http://twitter.com/lastofadying1 or watch our videos on youtube at http://youtu.be/ymENzhP9o3g thanks hope you enjoy. Hello Mads

You are absolutely right about goals and targets when you have this disaease. Go for the big goals now and learn to be content with smaller targets as the disease progresses. You must always have something to get out of bed for in the morning.

    Hi Mads,
Watched the video on youtube and enjoyed the music, especially so lost and found. Liked the use of movie clips and it certainly jogged some memories. I will listen to the album later. Like you and Clive I am constantly setting goals as I find it helps me focus on the positives as the negatives with this disease can drag you down if you let them. Keep on making music as I find it has been the most important factor of my life after my family. I only wish I could play.

You have discovered how setting goals no matter how small can produce positive results in your personal life with this disease. Thanks for inspiring us here at http://www.mndassociation.org with your fine example.
