Sarah - what sort of exercise do you do at the gym? Does someone help you get on & off equipment & if so, is it your own carer or do hospice staff help? I've had MND for 18 months or so and have been doing exercises myself until recently. Now I need help.

    Hi Mrs. P

I can only cycle and walk now. My carer and hospice staff help me because I can't do anything alone. I'm having hip pain when I sleep now and my hospice physio did some stretches on me yesterday by moving my legs. They have really helped and she showed my carer how to do them also.
