    Embarrassed to do this

I really feel a bit bad about this but I am going to give the link to my blog. It existed before I had any idea I had MND but has changed a bit recently! I just put a post that is a question and answer bit with a physio friend of mine though and I really want to know what you think of what she has to say. It isn't long since I was diagnosed so I haven't seen a phyio yet so can't really judge. But I really enjoyed asking her questions!

Sadly I have lost the share and subscribe buttons but that does mean I am not after anything apart from views on what she says.

Soon Dude - the removal men materialise on the 14th so we move that week.

Only a bit cheeky - but Kate was really nervous about whether she had said the right sort of things or not!

About 2500 miles Kat . We had a 4x4 but my daughter and hub did it 3 years ago in a red convertible Mustang. Classic way to do it. It was great fun. Barry52 & I are doing it on 2 Triumph Bonnevilles when the cure comes. you can ride pillion with Barry and I'll take Susan. Dude x
