    Experience on using Biobidet -

If you are living in hard water area (such as in Berkshire) and without a water softener, it is advised to use Economy 2 setting (keeping the water at room temperature). Limescale builds up quickly in the water tank inside the Biobidet if the hot setting is used all the time. Replacing the water tank and its piping inside the Biobedit is quite costly.
