Pinkelle, knowing that someone's life is going to get easier and give them more independence and that so many people gave to make it happen, thats fantastic news. It lifts the whole communities spirit

Bernadette, this what I thought, I know we've all got woes etc and its great we've all got somewhere to express them, it gives us a wonderful online community to be able to feel supported by.
But, I know from experience that it gets far too easy to be only able to focus on the woes and it gets hard to see the happy no matter how small or big.
So, I thought I'd have a go at helping people smile
Yes they are so organised! So proud, but luckily they are also flexible
As for the emoticons, see the little pale smiley face above the box you type in ^ its next the big A, click on that and there they are. If that doesnt work, I type them (I will type them with a space so they show).
: ) small grin. Big cheesy grin : D Wink ; ) those are the ones I type. I hope that helps Bernadette

Oh she is a beauty and she looks good for an old girl, and a cancer survivor

I have a golden retriever Daisy who was born in my home, her mother Jenny was my best friend who went everywhere with me. Jenny gave birth to 10 golden retrievers and we kept two of them, but now just have Daisy left, she an old girl too, but not sure she is going to last much longer

My happy thought for the moment was just thinking about my Jenny girl. Such a special dog, and a happy she was mine
