YES!!!! My power chair had FINALLY arrived!

    YES! YES! YES!
2 months of waiting, 5 weeks of being trapped in the house unable to push myself any longer and its here!!!

And now i have to wait until the wheelchair peeps arrive at noon tomorrow before i am allowed to use it?!?

    Seriously, what's that about??

    Anyone know?

    Health and safety ha ha!

Actually they show you how to use the various functions and give advice on how to look after the battery. Regular charging is very important.
    Its a godsend. Charles

    Hi Charles,

Thanks for your reply and it would make sense if they hadnt have had me driving it around the hospital and grounds when I went for the assessment LOL

Would I get in trouble if we (my friend and me) set it up for a test drive?

Go for it Purple and enjoy The independence it'll give you is priceless.

No harm seeing how comfy both the backrest and seat cushions are having sat in it for a few hours! Speak up early; suitable cushions can take time to appear...

Are the footrests set at the correct height and angle? Can you easily reach the drive control? Is it responsive enough? These can all be adjusted tomorrow, rather than try to get them back again.

    Love Ellie.

    Congratulations Purple;

    What make and model?

Did they colour code it for you?

Maybe post a couple of photos on here.

    Love Terry
