Text to fit page

Hello !does anyone have the problem that if they try to enlarge the text !larger than the text facility !that it won't fit on the page ?
I've had an iPad Pro for the last two months and there absolutely no instructions given ,so I don't know how to make the text fit onto the page for this forum ,It's done it for some websites ,but some websites it just won't do it at all

Hi Streetwise;

I don't use an I Pad, both a windows computer and an Android tablet both do it automatically. Hopefully someone will know or the Mnda computer person can help.
