Two sore ankles and one little toe bruised!
Not significant really.
Just scared the living daylights out of 20 year old daughter!

Dear Marigold;
What a awful thought. I don't think you would find me in Lycra now days either.
Those wear the days.
Maybe ask for some ankle supports???????
Love Terry
Yes Marigold, if your ankles tend to roll over, do ask about ankle supports - that's in addition to a transfer aid, not instead of, lol!!
Many of us wear them and they stabilise the ankle(s) in sturdy shoes.
So, no more diamanté sandals either, as well the Lycra (that's Terry scuppered, only catsuits for him)

These Lycra an/or diamanté images are making me feel quite queezy- I think I need a lie down!!
Oh god Terry that must have been really scary!! Hope your not too sore x
Hi Pink ;
Scary, are you referring to me in Lycra or me falling..
As it was in reverse, I did not get time to get scared. When I hit the ground I was shocked and wondered what I had damaged.
Everyone was so nice and didn't rush things. After half a minute I managed to sort my situation out and get padding underneath my head.
From then on I was smiling and managed to not be upset till about a hour later in the gym. I had a few little tears whilst exercising.

Something’s catching. I opened the fridge door and lost my grip. Like a felled tree I was flat on my back on the kitchen floor. After getting my breath back I managed to roll over and haul myself up using a chair. I’m sick of this bloody disease.![]()
I’m going to do this even if it kills me!
Hi Barry ;
I thought that were going to make a funny remark but that's not funny at all.
I guess you have damaged yourself but I hope you're OKish.
I can understand your frustration.
Love Terry

I'm going to say a bit of both!! Lycra and the fall!! Barry hope you OK. Hate falling!!
Stay safe everyone! Falling is so scary and dangerous.
I sneezed and fell backwards the other day whilst brushing my teeth.. sometimes I still think I can do things. No bones broken just sore.
Luckily my husband was able to lift me up and carry me. I don't know how people manage who live alone . Also, I am not being sexist but it must be hard for ladies caring for men because I wouldn't have been able to lift him or support him walking if it was the other way round.
Take Care everyone and don't be tempted to jump up if England score !
Love Debbie x
