    Terry,

    It's stabilisers you need to make for Barry

    I might have some still in the garage from the kids' bikes I can send you to adapt.

    Easy does it on the gym work - the 6-pack can wait (no string vests for now )

    Hi Chimp;

    I need the stabilisers not Barry!!!!!!!!

    Barry needs a suit of armor and tank tracks, maybe just a tank.

    Cc said she would dump me if I lose my six pack.

    I find training useful as I can take it easy and find out what's damaged. I am doing a lot less than last year as I've had so many problems this year but still am quite hopeful that I will gradually be able to do similar. I am just trying a little more or different ones each time as I can easily damage my back or something else.

    It's great to move my body around and have a stretch on the claw scratching pole.

    I get pains just sitting or even laying still sometimes so it's good for me to move whilst I still can.

    Love the Cat

    Hi Ellie, you cheeky monkey (pardon the pun).

    I trust you enjoyed your recent stay in the hospice.

    Take care,
    Barry x

    Hi all;

    I almost fell off the same ramp again deliberately because there was 7 woman in the gym and me. LOL

    Shame about my timing, should have done it a month later.

    Love Terry

    Can I join this club now????
    I've discovered that using a large meat tray as a transfer aid between chairs is a really bad idea!
    Luckily daughter in house and rescued situation with ice and lifting.
    Also found my phone which was nowhere near...
    Hurt pride and BIG lessons learned!

    By coincidence, the OT is making her first visit tomorrow morning.
    I guess I should 'fess up'

    Hope you're not too sore Marigold.

    Yep, time to fess up to the OT! A walker / rollator will keep you from falling over - we all hated the thought of getting one but safety is your priority now.

    Seems like you could have qualified for the Skeleton event in the Winter Olympics with that tray incident

    I hope the OT does a full assessment on you - anything you find difficult, tell her/him.

    Love Ellie.

    Hi Marigold;

    What have you damaged, hopefully only a little. I have had so many near falls holding on to things that move, it only take a half a second of thinking that you are a normal person to do something silly and fall.

    As Ellie says, ask for things to make your life safer and maybe easier.

    Love Terry
