    Hi Jo;

    I seemed to got over the worse of it for now.

    You could ask about flatulence tubes, it might not be so uncomfortable as he doesn't move so much.

    It is such a pain having it, and it can upset things down there as well.

    Love Terry

    Hello
    My wife contacted the Hospital and I am reducing my Gabapentin and they are looking at an alternative. The Hospital are looking at an alternative to Fortijuice. Now I am taking Gabapentin and Fortijuice with Imodium to calm my bowels.

    Hope you get a good alternative Chris - if you're taking the Gabapentin for a specific area of pain, there are definitely other meds that do the same job.

    Will you wait to switch the Fortijuice until you're established on new med?

    I hope the Imodium doesn't block you up, it's not easy, is it

    Love Ellie.

    Hello
    I have a lot of pain in my right shoulder due to climbing and kayaking
    I am staying on the Fortijuice until I get an alternative , I need the calories
    The imodium is only a temporary measure to enable me to leave the house

    If you haven't already done so, ask if your Dr thinks a nerve block injection, with or without a steroid, might be suitable for you.

    It's often more effective for localised shoulder pain than popping pills...

    Good luck.
