I have life insurance since I bought my first house, so I'm alright Jack (think I had to for a mortgage??)

Financial planning with MND is a fine art - having "too much" in savings = no grants or financial help, which reduces those savings. Having not enough savings = you're up the creek without a paddle.

I tried to get a policy but having MND no company would offer a policy

So I took out an over 50s plan with Royal London for 20 a month

The policy pays out after a year

I really can't help you with other policies but I wish you luck in finding something

    Regards
    PB

    Hello there,

Here is a useful link from MSE which explains the pro's and con's and gives some suggested best buys.

It might be useful to look for one that pays out after 1 year ( rather than 2 ) depending on your situation.
