    flying

Hi, my husband and I are flying to germany from Ireland on monday week. His GP is giving him a fit to fly letter and flights are booked. He is in an electric wheelchair and has a Nippy ventilator though doesn't use it and breathing is good. My question is does he need to be checked by the physio before he goes. What has anyone else done if anything?

    Hi Marella,

Donít forget to take the wheelchair manual. Ground handling staff often ask for it so that the battery can be removed.
