      Thanks Dina,

      When did you find out?

      I think that I should have posted it here for a few days, asking for people to contact me so that the forum members get a head start. I just don't think sometimes.

          Great Dina;

          I'm so happy you've got it over everyone. It's a great buy, I would have had it myself if it was automatic.

          I've almost a tear in my eye, I am so pleased for you.

          Have many nice trips out with it.

                That's great about your Berlingo Dina. What happened with your other vehicle? I got an auto nearly new black Berlingo WAV on Motability a couple of months ago.

                I hope that you enjoy your new WAV.

                  Thanks, Lynne,

                  My son still has the first WAV. It's much larger and has more seats than the Berlingo and the wheelchair sits in the middle among the passengers. It means we can all go out together and I can sit next to my grandsons and chat with them. The Berlingo is just for Peter and me to be able to go out locally together.

                  Thanks, Sheila. It will be lovely to be able to get away from home - when I finally get back there!

                    Hi Dina;

                    We just need to get your wheelchair sorted now. Maybe Mnda connect to help you get some lateral support and cushion if needed. They used to have a specialist person but I think she is no longer there.

                      Dina, that's a very good idea if Peter can still manage to drive a manual Berlingo. Be prepared that it shakes you around more than the other WAV that your son has. So Peter will have to drive slower and carefully to not shake you about. The garage that brought my Berlingo told Steve this.

                      I hope that you both enjoy it and get plenty of nice days out. Lynne

                        This vehicle is now for sale again.

                        There is nothing wrong with it - my carer has changed his mind about driving it.

                        I paid £2850 but would seriously consider a reasonable offer

                        I was amazed by the excellent condition that it’s in.

                          Hi Dina;

                          Such a shame you not being able to have your carer take you out and about. I don't think that you're have any problem in selling it for that sort of money, it is very good value.
