    Hello Doug,

I've been motoring around the Internet to see if I could spot anyone driving one of those split screen Morris Minors you mentioned. Was yours like this one?...

This is the car I would choose (if I fancied swanning around at a more leisurely pace) ....

    Gosh, Kayleigh!

You do find some amazing videos.

Yes, that’s very like it. Mine was black. That one looks a bit posher. It seems to have a radio – unheard of in my day. The indicators in the door pillars are the same. The grille is slightly different and it has more lights. The windscreen divider is slightly smarter. Mine was a flat strip of metal and you could see the bolts. Contrary to what the guy said, there was adequate room on the back seat in my student days!

    Thanks!

Oh my goodness, Mr. Carpenter! Too much information, methinks.

Yesterday’s good thing was that it finally came to an end at midnight!

Today’s good thing is that I’m back to recognising how lucky I am to have people who love and care for me, even when the MND increases my moodiness.

Tuesday’s good thing is that after we arrived home from hospital appointment I had enough energy to sort out the contents of a cupboard in the kitchen. The house has been in such a mess since I was in hospital that I have felt quite stressed about it..

Well, at least a start has been made. Hooray!

Well done you Dina. I know the feeling but a great deal of learning has been done in our home by my important other so the house is tidy'ish, cupboards tidy and washing done regularly (less frequently than I did it but I've learned to live with that).

    Take care, Lynne
ALS diagnosed November 2017, limb onset. For the 4 yrs previously I was losing my ballance.
I'm staying positive and taking each day as it comes.

You’re very lucky, Lynne. Peter’s own neurological problems have worsened considerably over the past few months, so things have been a bit difficult.
