I'm not in the right place for rehab, hope that something improves.

I have no Internet here so can't normally look in.

I am breathing fine but still have lots of pain and no physio

Hope you are all as well as can be.

    Love Terry

It's great to hear from you Terry and I'm glad your breathing is good.

However, it must be very frustrating not being provided with the pain relief or physio you need.

I hope things improve for you very soon. Hopefully a doctor will soon come on duty, in your ward, who knows what pain relief to prescribe that will work for you and how pain can be managed effectively for MND patients.

It sounds like you might need much better painkillers and some physiotherapy, like a very good back massage (but I'm no expert!).

I hope the food isn't the usual NHS's bland menu! - hopefully your wife is bringing in some festive food parcels, so you can keep your stength up.

It's good to see you are still wearing your Santa hat - it must very handy for pulling over your ears at night, if there are any loud snorers nearby.

    Sending you love and hugs,
    Kayleigh x

Hello Terry. I am sorry you are unwell and suffering back pain. Having suffered my ankylosing spondylitis for about 20 years I know how debilitating and unpleasant back pain can be ( the last thing anybody needs on top of MND ). Before I was prescribed the specialist anti-tnf injections, the main drug for dealing with the pain and inflammation was non prescription ibuprofen.
I hope your virus and back pain are sorted soon.

Still in hospital, being better looked after but who knows what crew will turn up.

No Internet, back still bad and energy levels not always good.
