Email Notification of New Private Messages Has Stopped Working.

This function is currently not working - it was working at 10.13 yesterday but had stopped working by 15.15 and was not working at 12.00 today.

I checked my Settings and this option is still checked so please investigate.

Diagnosed 2007. Sporadic Definite ALS/MND Spinal (hand) Onset.
Significant bulbar impairment - No functional limbs - No speech - Feeding tube - Overnight NIV - Eye gaze user.
