Hi all, some months ago I did a post re. having to leave my own home for a council bungalow nearby. Still waiting nearly 7 months now & being charged over £8000 too. Adaptations were supposedly finished but they hadn't put spur point in toilet as per job sheet. Also the latch on both front & back doors impossibly high.
I fell down the stairs at home 2 weeks ago, luckily nowt broken if it happens again though I'll be contacting my barrister about this useless council.

Got the keys finally last Wednesday. 3 kitchen plug points not working & doors to cupboard's falling off.

Putting in a Stage 1 complaint normally gets results with local authorities.

I find they don't take any notice unless you go through their complaints procedures.

Thanks now WiFi/broadband now turned off by BT openreach despite not being put I. Bungalow till tus 07th means my care phone etc out of order. Yo have worthless MND in a country such as England.....💩
