If your limited dexterity (like mine) leaves you fiddling to do up your buttons, there's a simple, affordable answer. And it's a couple of cenuries old - Victorian button hooks! You push the hook through the buttonhole, hook the button and simply pull it through. You can buy them off Ebay from about £5 - £15.
