I know there are machines to help you cough or breathe but is there one to blow your nose? That's what I would pay good money for. πx

Me too mate - and I don't have hands to mop the flow with tissues, most undignifying to look like a toddler π€
I have no sniff ability so someone sprays a sea water spray up a nostril, then wipes, repeats for other nostril.
There are nasal washes you can get but, for those of us with bulbar issues, I expect it's like being waterboarded, not to mention dangerous.
You have a neb, I think? Is that any use?
