Got a cold? Then blow your nose!

I was reminded today, that having one hand with no grip strength, and the other significantly weakened, i need to start hunting for something to help me! Unless any of you already know appropriate aids!
Mum died with MND in 1979 – My sister and I have a wonky gene, probably inherited from mum. Reckon my MND started sometime in 2018.

It's not the prettiest, Evelyn, and it does need a helper withworking hands, but a saline / seawater spray producesgood results for nose clearing.

A saline nebuliser will also work, but you may also need help to use it, and the decongestant rubs, sprays or meds serve a purpose too, as does the old-fashioned head over a basin of hot water, with or without a degonstant oil.

My problem then is that somebody has to wipe the stream from my nose...

Hopefully somebody knows of a solution you can manage to do by yourself.

    Love Ellie.

I am a martyr to my nose as for about eight months I have been unable to adequately blow it. After trying practically every commercial product I have just now asked for a steroid spray. Not recommended for anyone who still has a long life span. Stay Strong πŸ€—πŸ˜x
