    Slippers

Hi, I am struggling to find slippers that will allow me to shuffle. Most have too much grip. I only stand to transfer from a chair to my rollator and then to the wheelchair or commode. I can no longer lift my feet but can slide. I must have bought and sent back 8 pairs. The last pair that I could use were a boot slipper but a real challenge for my caring wife to put on and take off my feet. Anyone else have this issue?

    Hi

Hard to get as most shoes or slippers are made not to slide. In hospital lots of the boot slippers came with velcro on both sides to make as wide as possible, but maybe too grippy.

Husband has old gym shoes that tie but still has grip.

    Good luck

    Possibley ask OT for advice.
