Hi Steve, I was offered this service by my local council but politely refused. Is it the one that rings 3 of your contacts if you press the button after failing 🤔 I believe you have to have a landline.

Hopefully someone else can help you with your enquiries soon.

That's what I'm thinking also but wanted to ask about people's experience of setting it up thanks for your reply

Stevedp Were you told you'll have to set it up yourself, Steve? A friend of mine had the one linked to her landline and it was all installed for her. xx

My husband had a pendant, it was vey good. We chose the pendant over the watch as it had a falls sensor in it so rang through to the control centre automatically.
