    Cost of Living Grant

Copied this off a FB posting by the MNDA. It’s a really simple application form that can be completed by you or some on your behalf. I know people who have received the grant so it does work. The link below takes you through to the application form.

The MND Association is now offering a Cost of Living Support grant, a one-off payment up to the value of Β£350.

This grant is to help people living with motor neurone disease who may be struggling with household bills or food shopping costs, as a result of the cost of living crisis.

Do you have to be in receipt of means tested benefits to qualify?

Not only is it not means tested James but it doesn’t count towards any limits placed on any other grants the association offers. It is truly standalone.

Yes it works. Have just received it today in my bank. And believe me its a life saver. I'm trying to get through the process of applying for benefits as we had no income since Nov. And it's been and still is a nightmare still no benefits.
So thank you so much for this cost of living grant... Its, a life saver for us at this moment. 😊😊
