Hi its look like is right time for me to thing about this cos I have started have problems whit my employer and its look like soon i be on "green grass"
in 22.05 i have meeting regarding my health condition so all my life look upside down again.
i have so many fears cos we have only one income and now look like we be lousing this and our mortgage start making me more grey on my head
I know need some letter from my Neuro but......any advice???
claiming this before i have had this letter ?
to many fears....

Dont know myself but Roy on the forum had just done much the same , I would send him a private message , he will tell you how he did it , hope you get on ok , It is a worry , i know i am a lot older than you and it turned out not to be as bad as i feared ,hope you get it sorted out , I am not to sure ,but the only form i think the neurologists give out is the famed ds 1500 ,any way good luck max

I think it is worth asking the neurologist for a letter, not just the DS1500, we were able to obtain a letter from the neuro that helped with the DLA claim and also mum cashing in her employers pension early

you may wish to indicate specifically what will be needed in the letter (after asking the insurance company exactly what information they require)

Don't claim until you've got a letter saying you have 6 - 12 months to live coz if you cannot get letter it is pointless claiming as insurance will say no. Ask neuro or Dr John S at our surgery, he's a great guy and if anyone will help you he will - tell him Jeannie said hello
