Has anyone living in the Birmingham area had experience of dealing with Birmingham City Council over a DFG application? My issue is that although I have been led to believe that the council will award me a DFG they havent stated how much it will be, and they will only agree to fund the cheapest option which means I would have to travel through 4 sets of doors to get from the downstairs bedroom to the wet room. Thinking ahead this isnt likely to be practical when I need a hoist.
