I am thinking of buying one of these G-Explorer wheelchairs and wondered if anyone has one or something similar.

They are described as all-terrain and I was hoping that the larger wheels and pneumatic tyres would make them more comfortable. Any thoughts?

If nobody has that particular chair, one or two forum members have the G-Logic lightweight chair, so could give a verdict on the build quality you could expect from its big sibling, the G-Explorer, if not its comfort.

As important as the chair's suspension and ride comfort is, equally as important is the seat cushion, backrest and how the chair is setup for your leg length, height etc.

If you plan on using it as a self-propelled chair, that's one thing, but if someone is pushing you in the chair, the chair itself weighs about 15kg (depending on seat size etc) xx
