Reversion of building conversions in private sector housing

    Good afternoon all,

Strangely coincidental to the proposed housing campaign work being done, I am thinking about a project that could be adopted or at least piloted..

Part of the evidence base will be that when houses in the private sector (freehold owned, mortgage or long lease) are no longer needed by a disabled inhabitant they are converted back to ordinary use in, as far is a sensible, for onward sale.

Is there any anecdotal evidence here about this?

By the way, if anybody is wondering whether the Andy posting here is the same Andy as is nominated for election to the trustee body of the Association then yes, that is me.

    Best of all

    Andy
