Afternoon all.
Having read Matthews recent post about how this forum is a life line for him and seeing some of the replies got me thinking about if there is a way of helping to fill what can be very lonely hours. One of the things that Ann I used to do was quizzes. Even though Ann couldn’t talk I used a quiz book to ask the questions and we would use her letter chart for her to spell out her answers. The answers were at the back of the book so it meant I too could answer.
My half an idea is to basically bring the quiz on line via this forum. I could pose say 10 questions on a Monday then knowing it can be tiring to type or eye gaze for any period of time post the answers on a Friday.
We could work this on an individual basis or in teams of say 3. If teams were used then the team members would confer using the message function to agree the teams answers.
teams or individuals would mark their own answers and share their score before the next round the following Monday.
Obviously anyone could google the answers but then that would defeat the objective which is having a bit of fun.
What do you good people think ?
