When I worked at Heathrow I worked every Christmas day because not everyone celebrates it. Here it's an excuse for days off. Life is 24/6 x 365 shame not much else is. ☹️

Well I rather used to like it when most things shut on Sunday. At least it was a day when family had the chance to be together. Sainsbury even shut on Monday and John Lewis in Oxford street shut Saturday afternoon.
I think my mum and others took every religious holiday off.
With the virus doing the rounds I have no idea what can and can't open never mind Christmas.
Why didn't you get what you wanted before Christmas? 🤔

Not at all. My wife's a very private person who keeps things to herself. Unfortunately, she's married to me, who tells everyone everything. 😆
