Iโve noticed that on Saturdays there are very few posts so that got me wondering what we are all doing. For me itโs often housework. Iโm not expecting many answers cos itโs Saturday ๐

I was thinking the same thing. I've put washing out. Dressed Stephen. Put a casserole in the oven. Had a shower. Got the fire going and then the sun came out. Sun's gone in and think the fires gone out ๐ looks like Stephen had a nightmare last night his bed looks like there's been an earthquake!
Saturday is quite boring. Come to that Sunday isn't much better. ๐ฏwhen i can think of something profound i will update this.

Apart from the usual getting myself showered and getting dressed with a help putting footwear on (and help fastening hooks). Then when read again for most of the day. Tomorrow (Sunday)will be much the same. Iโve been sleepy on and off for half of the day but only gave in to dosing once. My last Riluzone is at 10.20 then Iโll get ready for bed. Steve takes my footwear off then I take about 45/50 minutes for the rest. LynneALS diagnosed November 2017, limb onset. For the 4 yrs previously I was losing my balance.
I'm staying positive and taking each day as it comes.

My trip to get the vaccine today was only the second time I've been out since Christmas day. Also the first time I've been out in the wheelchair, which was a bit hairy as the vaccination centre is on a steep hill. Anyway, I didnโt get tipped out of it so I'll class that as a success. Tomorrow I'm planning on doing the Big Garden Birdwatch, although we've not had many visitors today or yesterday. Each day is made easier with a bit of humour.

Gary, same here. I have only been out for the vaccine since Christmas and since March 2020 seldom out unless hospital appointments. The only fresh air was over the warm weeks/months when I could sit out in our tiny garden reading and listening to birds (sometimes neighbours noise made me abandon. Fingers crossed for a good spring and summer. LynneALS diagnosed November 2017, limb onset. For the 4 yrs previously I was losing my balance.
