    VR goggles

Has anyone ever tried virtual reality goggles as a way of liberating themselves from being stuck in the house that disability brings? I've often fancied trying a pair but never got around to it.

My son said that you need to see an optician before hand because they can cause eye problems.

Having looked at the prices of them, I might reconsider.

I can think of all sorts of uses for them but guess like other Tec they'll get cheaper and better software with wider usage.

I always intended to buy a Google Cardboard that you put your phone in, thought it was worth a punt for £15, but they've stopped doing it now and I wouldn't be able to hold it up to my head anymore.

I bought An Oculus 2 VR head set.
I get more entertainment out of watching my wife and daughter playing on it (especially Beat).
I struggle with the handsets, but notice that there is a gadget called Next Mind,

Wow Dave that NextMind thing is amazing. Sometimes feels like we're right at the beginning of technology that can revolutionise the lives of disabled people.
