Alcohol took my Dad (good) and best friend (bad) yet I have never heard anybody died because of w##d. 😠

So back to the original question, mitigation or management of anxiety. I personally use meditation and the Wim Hof breathing techniques and daily cold shower. The upside is no side effects! Most of the prescribed drugs, normally come with undesirable side effects.

It is probably just me but after all the prescribed drugs I have never had any side effects. I think they state them to avoid litigation 👍x
