    Help needed

Ok someone might be able to help. My push in sink plug has gone in but wont come out. Ive drained the water and tried pushing it and turning anti clockwise but to no avail. Ive also tried boiling water. Any suggestions please. 😭

There is usually a seal around the plug which can get distorted. Try short sharp pushes on different parts of the plug.

I tried that but nothing. I sprayed it with wd40 and used the sink plunger. It has come out and the rubber looks fine. Ive given it a good wash and sprayed the mechanism in the plug hole with wd40. Now I'm scared to put it back together ☹

Can you get some pliers/grips on the little knob and give it a good yank!

It's just a press in and press to get it out. It's now out but worried about putting it back in. Just sealed the leak in the dishwasher hose. Hope I have anyway. 🤔

So I put it back together. Put it in plug hole and it's stuck again. 😭
