Good morning all (7.40 up today). Iβm showered and dressed sitting in our holiday mobile home, the wind roaring outside, lovely bright morning and lovely view over fields, Whitbyβs coastline and open sea π xALS diagnosed November 2017, limb onset. For the 4 yrs previously I was losing my balance.
I'm staying positive and taking each day as it comes.Comment

Morning all. AJ fights tonight π love a bit of boxing ππInitial diagnosis 7-4-2021 'suspected MND' confirmed by 2nd opinion 4th June 2021 ALS. Began with R foot limp and lots of falls. NIV overnight. Generally weak. Mostly terrified.ββββββComment

Good morning Doug, Mathew, Linda and all, 7.40 up for me today. I showered myself, dressed with a bit of help from Steve and walked with my big walker to the lounge of this static caravan and sat in my lightweight wheelchair. There is a RR chair here but I sit in my wheelchair to have breakfast at the table so choose this. Took Riluzone 10.30 and porridge with strawberries, blackberries and maple syrup at about 11.30, always enjoy this. Love Lynne xALS diagnosed November 2017, limb onset.
