I didn't realise you still blended food. I thought once onto the peg food that would be it. Shows what I know. Have to say, not that I know what my stomach is thinking but it doesn't have a problem letting me know it's not happy, think it would be requesting something to get it's teeth into. If it had any! 😂

I like to increase my protein, so take diluted unflavoured, high protein, 0% fat Greek yogurt or quark through the PEG to - great benefits with minimal calories (for Buddha bellies 🤣) xx
