    Good morning,
well I chose not to take lorazepam last night.I slept my usual pattern of waking 2/3 times for sips of water for dry mouth.Woke at 7,30 today and feel bright.Yesterday I ended up having a duvet day and no energy.
Transfers manageable so far this morning.

Sun is shining so feel I need some fresh air….
    Enjoy the day forum members.
    best wishes

        πŸ‘πŸ‘ Good to hear Mary.

I think there is a strong reason to suspect side effects from Lorazepam zonked you yesterday. That's not to say don't ever use it, maybe at a different dose or for a different symptom, it will prove invaluable in the future.

        Enjoy your day. xx

          Good afternoon Ellie
well after a positive start this morning I started heaving and got the trots.Palliative nurse thinks it’s side affect of flucloxicillin which I had just started and lorazepam.Whatever it is it left me feeling horrible .Thank goodness I finally have a shower chair that fits over bio bidetπŸ˜‚and a hubby that’s happy to help me transfer .What a .blessing
Oh well a duvet day for me watching TV .
          Best wishes

Oh no Mary. You had such positive start ! I do hope you feel better soon .

Having a bit of a duvet day too ! My hubby helps me transfer but he has a bad shoulder so we're trying to minimise transfers. ( easier said than done !) im watching the squirrels in the snow and I think he has football planned to watch.

Hope you feel better as the day goes on,
            Love Debbie xπŸ˜˜πŸ€—

                      Ellie
Its Chiltern Invadex.I researched it but what a saga it was .Anyway it’s sorted now just in time !
The problem is with bio bidet toilet seats is that it’s hard to get a shower chair that fits over it without messing with the sensor.
                      Feeling a lot better now.
                      best wishes
