I used to love cooking and even if I can't eat any more I can pass something on.
Slow roast leg of lamb. Insert slivers of garlic and anchovies into the meat. Line your roasting dish with melted butter and marsala wine. Place leg in and pour more butter and marsala over. Double tin foil with sealed edges. Cook on low for six hours. After 5 and half hours remove the foil and baste. Retain the foil for covering the meat for settling after cooking. I liked to serve with potatoe dafenoins (I could cook it but never spell it) green beans and baby carrots. Tuck in. πππ€πxx
