Theseus and the minotaur. Remember being sent as dinner. Got to wear my night dress. Seems a strange subject for a Christmas play but what do I know.

Also recall playing a bat in the infants school. Sorcerers apprentice and lifting my mask because I didn't think my mum would recognise me but she insisted she knew it was me because she knew what I wore to school that morning. No fooling my mum. She died on 18th December a few years ago. She was in my thoughts.

I was the reader in The Chalk Circle in my secondary school. I will never forget the feeling when I went out to take a bow at the end. πŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜‚πŸΆπŸ˜xx

I remember my junior school nativity play and I was the Angel Gabriel. My finest hour🎭

It stuck with me through the years as I said the lines "Fear not for I bring you good tidings of great joy..."
