To put it in context: I had used this word already this morning, so kind of had a leg up.
βDiagnosed 2007. Sporadic Definite ALS/MND Spinal (hand) Onset.
Significant bulbar impairment - No functional limbs - No speech - Feeding tube - Overnight NIV - Eye gaze user.

Started limping 2017, diagnosed August 2021. Powered wheelchair user, transferred with standaid hoist. No shoulder movement, reduced hand function and speech starting to slur. Trying to be positive πΊ.Comment
