I think its rather odd especially as covid has been around for a while and funny that no one else has got the letter. It's from Devon/Cornwall mnd. Cant believe its specific to here. Stephen doesn't even take riluzol. The plot thickens!!

Ah - I haven't seen a letter about Covid and Riluzole either.
Too late anyway - I had Covid over Christmas and took my Riluzole all the way through with no problems.
I did get the letter about special antiviral treatment if I got Covid, but after my positive PCR test they phoned me up to offer that on Christmas morning, and I didn't fancy spending Christmas day on a drip, so I declined.

No, nothing.
It's from
mnd southwest peninsula network,
dept of neurology ,
derriford hospital, Plymouth.
I'm presuming everyone should be getting this letter.

Patients taking riluzole . If you test positive for covid you should stop taking riluzole for a short period. You will need to take advice from your GP or neurologist as to whether you can resume taking riluzole once you have received a negative covid test from a lateral flow or PCR test. A blood test is also recommended following a period of isolation due to covid.
This is from mnd care coordinator
