Won’t be posting for a few weeks

On Sunday my wife and I are going away on a long holiday so I won’t be posting for a few weeks. Just thought I’d let you know as I’m aware that silence from regular posters often causes a little concern. Wishing you all the very best. Richard.

Well if we are sharing holiday plans... I'm off on a "Skiing" holiday tomorrow.
That is to say, my wife and brother in law will be skiing, while I am having a "drinking wine in a bar with an Alpine view" holiday.
Planning to take the laptop with me, so should be able to stay in touch and post piccies.

From a travel practicalities point of view - we have arranged all the disability privileges that we discovered on our last trip:
            Wheelchair assistance through the airport
            Fast track through security
            Priority boarding
No charge for priority seat selection for me and carer.
            Hi, I'm Eddie.
Started with wobbly left ankle in Nov 2020. Diagnosed 22 Oct 2021, confirmed by 2nd opinion 4 days later.
Full time powerchair user. Overnight NIV. PEG'ed but still eating. Voice banked but still talking.
Still wondering what the future will bring.
