    Twitchy feet

I apologise if this is something that has been discussed before but does anyone have any tips for twitchy/fizzing feet at night? They are so uncomfortable and need constant moving - bit tricky when no movement in legs! I raise them up and down but have to do it quite often.
any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Sarahw Talk to your GP about it Sarah.

I have RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) which makes my feet jump incessantly in bed, and sometimes starts from ~9pm in my chair - RLS is a common enough affliction.

The only thing which stops them all night, every night is a medicine called Pramipexole, without which I could not sleep.

Hope you find a solution. xx

I can also recommend PRAMIPEXOLE. I got it prescribed on Ellie’s advice and it works brilliantly. Peaceful night makes things more bearable. Speak to your MND clinic or GP. Good luck.
