    Spa day!!

My amazing friend took me for a spa day yesterday. It was amazing and so relaxing. Totally wheelchair friendly and even had a hoist for the pool. The staff were amazing. I felt almost normal for a day, which given how frustrated and fed up I have been feeling was a blessing.

I thoroughly recommend Centre Parcs Woburn Sands Aqua Sana if you are near enough. Carers go free too.

Paying the price today. Cramps and twitches through the roof and so exhausted... but wow ๐Ÿ™‚

Ellie - she is wonderful and works as a carer (sadly not mine) so really hands on with making it all feel easy and possible.

I confess I didn't manage the food. I had a small piece of bread dipped in olive oil and decided not to push my luck. But I have a rubbish appetite so it didn't matter.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments. I often get bogged down by the day to day struggles and fears, so it was really nice to have a day that felt so relaxed. Also good for other people to know very accessible and friendly places too xx

Thatโ€™s fantastic. We love Center Parcs and have visited Aqua Sana a few times. My wifeโ€™s eyes popped out of her head when she saw that carers go free! Glad you had a wonderful day.
