    Started limping 2017, diagnosed August 2021. Wheelchair user and reduced shoulder and hand function. Trying to be positive ๐Ÿ˜บ.

          Such a fantastic thing for Rob to do ! Thank you for posting this Bowler and for the gentle reminder to bank our voices ASAP.

          I must confess to putting this off because I'm finding it really emotive but I'm on it now !
