May I ask if it is possible to get PEG although I'm already using a Bipap?

Hi Ardalon,
A PEG operation is probably out of the question but other feeding tubes like a RIG is probably OK.
I would ask your specialist team or your GP to refer you.
Are you on it 24/7 ?

As Terry has said, there are several different options for a feeding tube with PEG being one of them. We do produce an information sheet which explains more about the types of feeding tube and you can find it here http://www.mndassociation.org/wp-con...ing.pdf?6c4e80
It is certainly worth discussing with your neurologist or respiratory specialist.
Thanks for all of your help Terry
Kindest regards

Hi Rachel & Ardalon;
I don't think that it covers that area, perhaps we can put a note on the Info sheet for when it's updated.
