There is a charitable organisation by the name Cycling UK. This organisation has inclusive cycling centres and groups all over the country where you can try out different adapted cycles, including recumbent cycles. Hi Alex, good luck with your challenge. Last summer I completed the Coast to coast 160 miles on a tandem with my sister. Though she did mist of the hard work on the front, I peddled the whole way. We had an amazing weekend and raised £6,200.00. I am just coming up to my 4years anniversary of being diagnosed. This year I hope to do a challenge on my electric trike. Good luck.
