Hi Rachel,
Sorry to bother you yet again but I have received an email today from a solicitor. I had a support worker funded by the DWP that was supposed to help me find sales from home during the lock down last March. When I found out that he had not done any work, I terminated his employment.
The solicitor, working for the ex-employee, has given me a huge agenda and expects me to attend a pre-hearing meeting, with the Industrial Tribunal knowledge, that I cannot possibly attend, set for next week.
Please can you speak to the Manchester Industrial Tribunal and educate them in MND.
This is typical of solicitors and I have already suffered fraud of over £20,000 because solicitors are aware that disabled people are easy targets.
