Ministers have proven today that they consider us the general public to be here cattle only fit for slaughter with debating whether to cease lock down. Any early cessation will only lead to more deaths.😢ðŸ˜

No Rachel,
They are not able to help unless I provide them with my confidential health data and I have to sign/give consent in the event they give it away accidentally.
As is always the case, Government have not a clue that it is discriminating against us and do not care to even bother. We are a burden and are expected to die.
And true to form, MNDA whistle and look the other way.

Dear Admin,
I have been in touch with the CAB at Cardiff and not made any progress whatsoever. My PIP claim is due to end in a fortnight.
I am asked to provide consents and the CAB is not able to protect my data, thereby overtly discriminating against me. I wish to access the service just like any able bodied person and have resisted the attempt of discrimination.
I hope you understand and are able to help me renew my PIP.
Regards
Graham

My pip has just been renewed as its been 3 years since I was diagnosed. They needed a new DS 1500 ( How can a DS 1500 expire and what a waste of my doctor's time ! )
As my speech is ok so they said it was fine to conduct the interview over the phone..
Can you walk 20 metres unaided.? .. No I can't stand up.
Can you walk 20 metres with help? No I can't stand up.
Can you walk 10 metres ? ...Nope.. I still can't stand up.
We have to ask these question if you want to qualify for the award. They probably thought I wasn't being serious as the repeated questions were making me laugh.
I am glad to receive financial support and I could see the funny side of this interview. However it's such a waste of time and money. .. money which could be used to help people. X

An ex-carer is due to be sentenced this week Lynne, 5-10 years at Her Majesty's Pleasure. It is essential that we are able to run our own affaires, particularly with the advent of the Internet xxxx

Graham, if you can speak then ring the PIP helpline. If not get somebody to do it for you whilst you are with them. Then when they ask you if you authorise this person I hope that you can say ‘yes.’ Good luck, Lynne

My PIP was due to be renewed in June 2021. However earlier this month they say it’s been extended for 10 years and I don’t have to apply to renew. I doubt that I will be here in ten years anyway.
It may be worth contacting them Graham to clarify what the actual position is and mention you have heard of no need to renew for 10 years.

PIP Help
Hi Rachel,
I have recently received a letter from Government asking me to renew my PIP. The letter is unlawful on 2 counts and potentially exposes me to fraud.
The letter asks that I use a 3rd party to assist a Government official to answer personal questions!!
I ask that either my PIP is renewed automatically or that the Government provides a site where I renew myself.
